The most epic battle in BLACKEST NIGHT yet comes to a shocking conclusion as Hal Jordan makes the ultimate move to take on the Black Lantern Spectre. But what price comes with the unleashing of Parallax? And what does this mean for the future of the emotional spectrum’s avatars?
Written by Geoff Johns; Art and cover by Ivan Reis and Oclair Albert
We pick up where we left off last time, with The Flash, Atom, and Mera battling Black Lanterns at the JLA Headquarters. Flash tells the others that they need to hold down the fort on Earth until Hal Jordan can stop the source of the Black Lanterns. There is also a caption showing Black Lantern Power is at 93.55 %.
Written by Geoff Johns; Art and cover by Ivan Reis and Oclair Albert; variant cover by Ethan Van Sciver; Cover by Ivan Reis
We start the issue out with the two members of Firestorm discussing the status of their relationship and the suggestion by Gen that maybe they should not be Firestorm anymore. As she says this their JLA communicator goes off. The scene then cuts to a huge battle between Green Lantern , The Flash and the Black Lantern Justice League. All of the Black Lanterns are trying to elicit different emotions from the two heroes, as it appears this is the way in which they can power up. The Flash grabs Black Lantern Firestorm’s ring during the battle and yanks it off of his body.
So you already have your Black Lantern Ring and have been wondering when you could get the rest of the color spectrum to complete your set. Wonder no more. Here is the release date of each of the rings. Individual shops will have there own methods of giving them out (or charging for them).
