The arc of Dark Avengers versus Morganna La Fey wraps up here. We start back where we left off Doom and Iron Patriot are back in King Arthur’s time confronting one Morganna , while in present day the Dark Avengers are fighting Morganna and her demon hordes.
The demon possessed Venom is still fighting the rest of the team, and Ms Marvel has taken out Morganna with a moonstone blast. As we shift to the back in time story, Morganna goes on and on about how Doom will betray Osborn and how Doom knows he can not kill her. So instead Doom sends her back to 1 million BC where for some reason a tribe of Cavemen are fighting a T-Rex. (Obviously Marvel history is a little different evolutionarily) Osborn tries to convince Doom that they should “explore” King Arthur’s time, Doom tells him not to be stupid and transports them back to the remains of Latveria where the Dark Avengers are awaiting them. With the demon threat neutralized Osborn leaves Doom there and tells him that he can not be associated with him anymore. The DA’s then hop on a quinjet and head back while being updated about how Ronin has accused Osborn of hiring killers as Avengers. Before he can decide what to do about that, Sentry returns in a flash of bright light in front of the quinjet, staring at Osborn. Overall not a great issue, especially the lame send the villain with magical powers back in time ending, and the fact that the Sentry is a very underwhelming character and his return as of right now is nothing special. The artwork is again very strong and carries what is just a so-so story. The book earns 3 out of 5 Dark Avengers and you should
